  Helpful and friendly sales team who arranged site visit with consultant. Pergola ordered and arrived as promised. Fitting team worked non stop (in the rain unfortunately) to install the pergola, and we are delighted with the results (if not the weather).   Fantastic service from start to finish. Clara in the Dungannon shop is very knowledgeable and professional and was able to deal with any queries I had straight away, nothing was too much bother for her. Corey and Willie fitted the hottub and again they were also very professional and had a lot of experience and were able to answer all queries in relation to the function and running of the hottub. The hot tub looks fab absolutely delighted with it. I would highly recommend Outback 365 for anyone looking a hottub.

  The entire team in Outback365 are fantastic. So professional, friendly, happy to help with everything regards the hot tube. Arrived on time and Willy and Corey were absolutely brilliant. At Outback 365, we’re committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our customers in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We take extra care to ensure your products reach you in the best condition.

Delivery in Northern Ireland:

Coverage: We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 within Northern Ireland, which includes the following counties: Antrim, Armagh, Derry/Londonderry, Down, Fermanagh, and Tyrone.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland:

Coverage: We also serve customers in the Republic of Ireland, which includes the counties of Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, and Wicklow. Please note that there is an additional delivery charge for orders to these regions.
Placing Orders from R.O.I.: To place an order from the Republic of Ireland (R.O.I.), you can do so online. After placing your order, we will contact you separately to collect the additional delivery charge to your region—R.O.I. Delivery charges range from £100 to £300 depending on the region.

However, booking an appointment gives you dedicated one-to-one time with our experts, ensuring we can:

Give personalised advice based on your space
Answer detailed questions about running costs, installation and layout
Arrange a wet test if you’d like to try a Jacuzzi® hot tub

If you’d like focused guidance or a wet test, we recommend booking so we can prepare everything in advance.

What should I do to prepare for an appointment or showroom visit?

To help us give you the most accurate advice:

Bring photos or videos of your outdoor space
Measure the area where a hot tub, pergola, or furniture may go
Capture your delivery route, especially for hot tub installations
Bring plans/drawings if you are working on a new outdoor layout

Good preparation ensures your visit is productive and tailored to your space and needs.

Yes, all installations are carried out by trained Outback 365 technicians.
