Hot Tubs Warranty Information

We understand that purchasing a hot tub is an investment in relaxation and well-being, and we want to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable experience with your product. All our hot tubs are backed by a trusted manufacturer in order to fulfil your warranty. To protect your investment, it’s essential to understand the warranty coverage that comes with your Jacuzzi® hot tub. This warranty advice will help you make the most of your hot tub warranty:

Review Your Warranty Documentation: The first step is to carefully read and understand the warranty documentation that came with your Jacuzzi® hot tub. This document outlines the terms and conditions of your warranty coverage. It will specify the duration of coverage, what is included, and any conditions or limitations.

Register Your Warranty: Most manufacturers, including Jacuzzi®, require you to register your hot tub’s warranty within a specific timeframe after purchase. Here at Outback 365 we will take care of that for you and  ensure your warranty is registered with Jacuzzi®.

Address Issues Promptly: If you encounter any problems with your hot tub, address them promptly. Waiting can lead to more significant issues. Contact Outback 365 customer service to report any faults so that we can diagnose and resolve the problem on your behalf according to the warranty terms.

Regular Maintenance and Care: It’s important to adhere to Jacuzzi® recommended maintenance and care guidelines. This typically involves proper water treatment, cleaning, and maintenance routines. Failure to follow these guidelines might void the warranty.

Remember, a Jacuzzi® hot tub is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. By understanding and following your warranty terms, you’re ensuring that your investment remains a source of comfort and pleasure for years to come. If you have any specific questions about your warranty, don’t hesitate to contact Outback 365 customer support for assistance.

Feel free to contact us with any inquiries about Outback 365 products and our available services at any time. Your Outback 365 sales representative is equipped to assist you should you need any additional information.

Warranty: For issues regarding warranty, or should you have a complaint, please contact your Outback 365 sales representative in the first instance.

Outback 365 Ltd offers a warranty that stretches beyond legislation: you will receive no less than a 5 Years Warranty.

If a piece of outdoor living or part should defect due to a manufacturing defect or a defect due to regular domestic use, SUNS will repair the defect at its own discretion, refinish the product or replace the defective part. The SUNS warranty is subject to the parts only and not subject to the installation of the damaged part. In the case of self installation the customer will replace the part. SUNS can not be held liable for any installation fees incurred by not opting to use Outback 365 installation service.

Replacement: When a replacement is required and the model or colour is no longer available (for example, from an older collection), Outback 365 Ltd reserves the right to replace the defective piece with a similar product. Each replacement applies, in principle, to the defective part or piece of furniture, not to the entire set. A repair, refinish or replacement does not affect the original warranty period.

Warranty Procedure: In the event of a defect, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their Outback 365 Ltd sales representative, accompanied with (a copy of) the purchase receipt. Outback 365 Ltd will complement the warranty request with event date, product code and description of the problem and submit it to the manufacturer. Outback 365 Ltd and the manufacturer will then handle completion of the warranty procedure.

Protection
Teak has a natural, soft, golden brown colour. In order to retain this colour, teak should be treated with a ‘protector’ or ‘patinizer’. Often people choose to leave teak wood untreated. In that case, it will fade to silver grey in a natural way. The level of maintenance, therefore, depends on the desired colour. (Frequent) treatment, using a patinizer or protector is recommended to prevent teak from getting weathered. This coating will protect the furniture against weather.

Cleaning
(Grease) stains on teak wood furniture can usually be removed easily using detergent and plenty of tepid/warm water. In case of weathered surfaces or stains which are more difficult to remove, a ‘cleaner’ may be the solution.
