Ensure your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub remains in pristine condition with Outback 365’s annual hot tub service, which includes two comprehensive services per year. Our authorised technicians deliver expert care through a detailed 7-point service designed to maintain your hot tub’s optimal performance and longevity.

What’s Included in Our Hot Tub Service:

1- Visual Check of Product and Installation:Our technician will inspect your hot tub and its installation to ensure everything is in proper order.

2- Pipework, Sanitisation, and Flush:We will sanitise and flush the pipework to maintain clean water and prevent bacteria growth.

3- Category Operational Check:

• – Electrical:Check Heater, Check Control Panel, Visual Check of Lights
• – Plumbing: Check Pipework and Hoses, Check Pumps, Visual Check on Seals
• – Other Components: Inspect Cover, Cover Lifter, and Cover Clips

4- Drain and Clean: Perform a full drain-down, removing excess water with a vacuum. Clean the shell and fixtures thoroughly.

5- Replace CLEARRAY® Bulb, Pillows, and Filters: (If requested beforehand—recommended to replace filters during all services). Note: Required consumables should be purchased separately by the customer prior to the appointment.

6- Outer Product Clean and Polish: Clean and polish the exterior of the hot tub, including the cabinet, cover, cover lifter, and steps.

7- Refill: Refill the hot tub with fresh water, ready for your next use.
