Our Outback 365 engineers are here to ensure that your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub is always in top-notch condition. Regular care and maintenance are crucial to keep your hot tub functioning smoothly.
Over time, the complex pipe work of your Jacuzzi® may accumulate dirt and debris, which can compromise water quality. A simple drain and refill won’t suffice to eliminate these contaminants. That’s where we come in – our service is designed to deep clean your hot tub and give you peace of mind that the water is always in perfect condition.
Spa to be running, full and water in good condition upon arrival.
During a Full Service, one of our fully trained, in-house Jacuzzi® engineers will come to your home and perform the following checks;
- Remove and chemically treat all filters & nets
- Perform a full drain down and chemical flush plus x2 jet cycle
- Clean the entire hot tub, including the cover, jet internals, cabinets and panels
- Remove and clean headrests
- Check all seals and valves and replace them where necessary
- Perform a ClearRay® Bulb change. (if required).
- Replenish with water, including water chemistry treatment.
Our team of experts will clean your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub and perform a comprehensive check on all the essential components. We will remove the front panel and check all electrical components along with installation voltage checks on pumps. Our team will inspect all accessible plumbing pipe work, heater tubes and terminals, water diverter, and variable boost control functions. Furthermore, we will check the temperature and air controller, secure all jet components, and ensure the jets are vacuumed. We will also inspect the filter and circulation impeller and test all functions, such as lights, music, temperature, and cycles, to ensure everything works correctly. Rest assured, with our complete service, you can enjoy your Jacuzzi® Hot Tub to the fullest without any worries.
