The smoke lasts for 5-10 minutes and gives your food that fine wood flavor. You can repeat this process as often as you like to achieve a more intense flavor. In your smoker, place the smoking pellets directly in the firebox in the embers. The smoke is then drawn through the cooking chamber, giving your food the desired aroma. If you have a gas barbecue, you can use a smoker box for this. Simply place the pellets in the smoker box and place it on the grill. The smoke will spread throughout your barbecue after a few minutes.
