How To Set Up Jacuzzi® Smart Tub® App (Step-by-Step Guide)
If you’ve just bought a Jacuzzi® Hot Tub in Northern Ireland with SmartTub®, this guide will show you how to pair your spa and control it remotely. Some Jacuzzi® models from Outback 365 already come pre-set up, but if yours doesn’t, this quick walkthrough covers everything step by step.

Step 1: Download the app
Download the SmartTub® App from the Google Play™ store or Apple™ App store.
Step 2: Create your account
Open the app and create an account.
Tap “Sign-up”
Supply the needed information, including your email address and first and last name, and create a password.
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, and tap the checkboxes.
An email will be sent to you to complete the signup process. Go to your email address to validate your account.
Tap “I have verified my email” on the app.
Step 3: Pair SmartTub® with your hot tub
The next step is pairing your hot tub with the SmartTub® app. Start by locating the SmartTub® sticker next to the hot tub’s control panel.
You can either scan the QR code with the SmartTub® app (J-400™️ series only) or manually input the serial number located inside the hot tub cabinet.
After you pair the hot tub’s serial number to the SmartTub® app, the app will load and connect the hot tub to the internet.
Step 4: Activate your warranty
The next step allows you to activate your hot tub warranty.
Supply the needed information, including your first and last name, address and email address.
Tap “Done”
Please note: This is not required for users outside North America. You can tap “Skip for aftermarket
TIP: Once your app is connected, try using Smart Heat Mode to save energy.
